Custom software development, integrations and technical support for companies

Custom software development and integrations

Solutions for companies

Custom software development to remove operational friction

We do not start with technology. We start with the process slowing your team down: duplicate data, disconnected systems, manual tasks or internal applications that no longer fit.

How we work

How we reduce risk before writing code

Before quoting or developing, we understand the problem, the systems involved and the result that must justify the investment. Then we work in short sprints with demos, documentation and direct communication.

Short, functional sprints

From the first cycle we deliver a working demo. That lets you validate progress, adjust priorities and stay in full control of the project.

Full transparency

Communication is direct, without middle layers: we discuss code, goals and results. We document each step so knowledge stays with your team.

Real flexibility

We integrate into your flow, whether Scrum, Kanban or your own setup. We adapt tools and cadence to work as a natural extension of your organisation.

Commitment to milestones

We enter where needed — a specific module or a broader product — to help you meet critical dates without sacrificing quality.

Visible deliveries, documented decisions and technical control

We deliver pieces ready to show leadership, keep technical conversations direct and leave documentation your team can reuse.

  • Working demo and risk checklist every sprint
  • Priorities agreed directly with technical owners
  • Impact criteria and actionable backlog at the end of each cycle
Recognition

CĂĄmarabilbao Demo Day 2025 recognition

Our SareLogic team was awarded Best Entrepreneurial Project at the Demo Day Impulsa Startup 2025 organised by CĂĄmarabilbao.

The recognition valued the scalability, impact and technological proposal of the Doctolingo project.

We keep it as a trust signal for what it proves: product, software and technical execution, not an empty commercial badge.

We are currently developing Doctolingo as an application for medical students who need structured, gamified practice.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about custom software, automation, and integrations

Before writing a single line of code, we make sure we fully understand the goal and how it will be used. This helps us avoid building “just to build” and focus on a solution that is actually adopted and improves operations.

I’m not completely sure what the problem is
(or I just have an idea). Can you help me shape it?

Yes—and it’s very common. Sometimes you come with an operational pain (“this is costing us hours”), and other times with an idea (“I want a mobile app / a platform / a portal”). In both cases, we run a short discovery phase to bring order:

  • What the real objective is
  • Who will use it
  • What “success” would look like
  • What the minimum that needs to exist to get started is

From there, we propose the most sensible path: adjust the process, integrate what you already have, or build a custom MVP and validate it as early as possible.

Do I always need custom software, or is it sometimes better to use an existing tool?

Custom is not always worth it. If an off-the-shelf tool solves the case well and doesn’t introduce friction, we’ll tell you.

  • Custom software is worth it when existing tools don’t fit the way you work
  • They force constant “workarounds”
  • You need integration with your systems to avoid double entry and errors
What exactly is an MVP, and when would I have something usable?

An MVP is the first version you can truly use in real operations and that delivers value, even if it doesn’t have “everything.”

  • We design it to start working in operations as early as possible
  • To collect real feedback and decide with data what gets built next
  • Short iterations: we deliver, you test, and we adjust—no surprises at the end
Can you connect it to my ERP, CRM, Excel, or internal systems?

Yes. That’s often where a big part of the ROI comes from: removing manual tasks and the typical copy/paste.

  • We integrate via API when available
  • If not, we look for secure alternatives (import/export, controlled synchronizations, connectors, etc.)

The priority is that it fits your ecosystem and doesn’t create extra work.

Once it’s ready, do you stay on for maintenance, or is that separate?

All our developments include 6 months of maintenance for the work delivered.

  • If something fails or any issue appears related to our work, we fix it
  • After those 6 months, maintenance packs, hour banks or a monthly retainer can be contracted
  • We can also prepare documentation so the internal team can continue

The goal is real coverage for what was delivered and flexible continuity if you need it.
